RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept most items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 15 days. Custom and engraved items, special sales and promotions are non-refundable. After 15 days, all sales are final. All returns must be in the original condition and original packaging.

All non-custom items may be exchanged or receive store credit within 7 days of purchase. All sales are final after the 7th business day from date of purchase. Items will be inspected and only returned for store credit or exchanged upon verification of the authenticity and condition of the returned item. Custom items are non-refundable. Any merchandise purchased in the showroom must be returned to the showroom.
