Refund policy
SHOWROOM PURCHASES
All non-custom items may be exchanged or receive store credit within 7 days of purchase. All sales are final after the 7th business day from the date of purchase. Items will be inspected and only returned for store credit or exchanged upon verification of the authenticity and condition of the returned item. Custom items are non-refundable. Any merchandise purchased in the showroom must be returned to the showroom.
ONLINE PURCHASES
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept most items for exchange, refund, or merchandise credit within 7 days of delivery. Custom and engraved items, special sizes, seasonal sales, markdowns and promotions are non-refundable. After 7 days of delivery, all sales are final. All returns must be in the original condition and original packaging.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days from the date the return is received.
Please note that we are, unfortunately, not able to accept international returns unless they meet very specific criteria. Consult our staff for details.

SHIPPING A RETURN
Please contact us at +1 (212) 679 0948 or email info@moritzglik.com to make arrangements for returning your item. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and shipping instructions. The cost of your return would be charged on your refund as follows:
- Domestic returns: $39 flat rate
We do not have the capacity to process international returns at this time. Please contact us if you have specific questions.
